Begin by signing into the patient portal. Select a convenient day for your appointment and schedule it online with our practitioner. You’ll also need to complete the required intake paperwork.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll be scheduled for a virtual meeting with our board-certified nurse practitioner. During this session, you’ll discuss your medical history and engage in a face-to-face evaluation through your computer or smartphone.

In less than 24 hours, you will receive a PDF certification through your patient portal. With this certification in hand, you’ll be ready to visit the dispensary of your choice and access the relief you need.

Once you have obtained your certification, you will need to register with your state’s Cannabis Control Board if applicable. Depending on your State, Your medical card certification is emailed the same day.
